CHILDREN'S SUMMER PROGRAMS
Our summer programs begin on Monday, June 24th and end on Friday, July 26th. Registration is in-person, by lottery from May 25-June 8. Programs are open to children who are residents of Yorktown and Cortlandt with a valid Hart library card. First-time, pre-school children must show a copy of their birth certificate at registration. Support your library - Join the Friends of the Hart Library!
The best deal in town - $5 for senior, $10 for individual, $25 for family. Membership includes a coupon for a free book at the daily or annual book sale. Funds raised by the Friends go back to the community through the purchase of library materials and funding of programs including the free Sunday concert series, many children's programs, and museum passes.

We are closed Sundays. Sunday hours resume Oct. 6.

Juniors and Seniors: Practice SAT Coming: Sat. June 22. Get in a little practice before summer vacation. 10-2. Sign up at the Adult Reference Desk.

Teens 13 and older: Reading Buddies Registration is coming: Beginning Monday, May 13th: Help young children learn to read and make a friend! The Reading Buddies begin reading Monday June 24.

Attention Fans of "Ghosthunters:" The Westchester Paranormal Society is coming on Tuesday, May 28 at 7:00 pm to give a talk about the eerie happenings right here on our back door! Register at the Adult Reference Desk.
